My little experiment
But it’s not over yet.
It took me exactly 4 days of this new health plan in action while back to work from holiday — which includes 6 miles of cycling and about a mile of walking not to mention about 10,000 steps — to be STARVING AND TIRED. It’s okay. I can do this and I will be better off for it :)
After work today will not mean computer time, but hammock and brain break time.
Basically, I’ve limited my diet to Hippocrates soup, juice/ smoothies, and unprocessed foods like almonds and cashews as snacks.
But — on a happy note — I did color my drawing today and haven’t quite cracked under the pressure yet.
