Boat Trip Through Sumidero Canyon

Amazing journey in southern Mexico

My visit to the southern Mexican state of Chiapas was filled with many highlights. One of my favourite being the boat tour through the Sumidero canyon on the Grijalva River. The canyon is surrounded by Sumidero Canyon National Park and is located north of the city of Chiapa de Corzo. Mainly dense tropical rainforest in and around the canyon itself.
