Lately, I’ve been getting booked to do a lot of seminars on exercise for mental health. And of course, my team has worked with a lot of clients with mental health issues. So we know quite a bit about how exercise affects mental health. But since it’s such a broad topic, I’ll narrow it down for today’s article.
