My Two Favorite Detox Recipes Are:
1) Epsom salt detox bath: Add two cups of Epsom salts to a tub of hot water and soak for 20–30 minutes. This recipe is not only good for your health, but it also helps with all kinds of conditions from eczema to inflammation.
2) Detox Bath with Epsom salt and Baking Soda. If you use 1 cup of baking soda with 1 cup of Epsom sales into a hot bath. You can also add essential oils to help the detox process.
I usually like to stay at least 1/2 hour
in the bath, sometimes more.
I have tried many others — such as apple cider vinegar detox bath or ginger bath. I have used them occasionally, but they are not my favorites. The key here is to try them and see which combination works for you.

Hot detox baths can get you very relaxed — take things slowly when you finish your bath, lie down if you need to. Certain essential oils can help you relax even more such as lavender, and chamomile for sleep.
