Kayla Itsines is a 24-year old (yes only 24) personal trainer that has taken the world by storm (literally, women follow her program from all over Europe back over here to the US- it’s amazing).

Kayla started her journey as a personal trainer in Australia at a ‘women’s only’ facility. There she heard the typical complaints that women tend to have, “I want toned arms, I hate my inner thighs, I just want a flat stomach and abs” (because who doesn’t, right?). But instead of sitting on the side lines, Kayla took her client's complaints, did her own research, and created what is now a major fitness program-BBG or Bikini Body Guide. Millions of women now adhere to this guide, see amazing results, and not only that but are immersed in a supportive, strong, and motivated community of other BBG girls.
