Lemon and Lime Mixed For A Perfect Smoothie

But, back to the fun part-the smoothie. We have mixed up a Lemon Lime Kefir Smoothie, that we think will be the perfect breakfast option!
- 1 5.25 oz cup Plain Latta Kefir
- ½ medium avocado
- 2 T fresh basil
- Zest and juice of 1 lime & 1 lemon
- 2 T water
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Blend Kefir, avocado, basil, lime juice, lime zest, water and ice in a blender until smooth, stir in honey to sweeten.
How easy is that?! A quick, delicious, on-the-go breakfast that you’ll be sure to make again and again.
