We’re Making Our Soup A Little Sweet On This Saturday Afternoon

We love trying new recipes, and love sharing them with you even more! Sometimes you need a little brightness, a little sweetness, and a little soup to make everything better-especially when the winter blues have hit you. So, we cooked up the perfect soup recipe to share with you! Even better, we added our secret weapon Kefir to the mix to make it extra tasty and healthy!
Strawberry Rhubarb Soup:
Ingredients:
- 2 Bags of frozen strawberries
- 2 Bags of frozen rhubarb
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 1–2 teaspoons of Cane Sugar
- 1 cup of Latta Kefir
- Mint Leaves for garnish
Directions:
- Pour a little water into a pot (Just enough to coat the bottom).
- Pour in the strawberries and rhubarb.
- Cook on a low flame until fruit softens (30–40 Minutes)
- Add the orange juice and sugar. Mash fruit with spoon and mix.
- Use immersion blender to puree.
- Serve cold with a scoop of Kefir and mint leaf on top!
