Health Alert — Iced Virgin Bloody Mary
It’s summers and we long for sipping cool drinks, without stacking up the calories or getting the glucose spikes and crashes. I started drinking vegetable juices since a year and half back and trust me life is not the same again. It’s an acquired taste however, it helps with detoxification of the body, and somehow managed to give you clear glowing skin and healthy hair.
Fruit juices and cold pressed juices are all a rage but a simply prepared virgin Bloody Mary will help you ease all the heat you are experiencing and plus you will stack up on your vitamin C, vitamin B and potassium as well.
It’s a simple recipe to make at home with a simple grinder or if you have the blendjet, you can use that as well.
