I write — and speak (on my FB Lives) a lot about our mindset. I feel if you do not get your head into the game, nothing changes. Or you make changes and do not stick with them.

Can you relate?

I find our minds to be fascinating — it’s our connection to how we live our lives, and how we treat our bodies.

And speaking of fascinating — and our bodies, I would like to share some cutting edge research that I found fascinating. It came to me through one of my mentors, Dr Mark Hyman.

He shared an article with his community, and I now look to share a synopsis of this research with my community.

I share this as I feel with knowledge AND action — there is power. Once you are aware, you can then take steps to help yourself and potentially decrease your risk of ‘becoming old’ as you age.

All you have to do is open your mind to it.

This information might be of value to you in your mid-life years — I certainly will be mindful myself and apply what I learned to help me.
