Each woman experiences pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum life differently.
For some women, the baby weight falls right off.
Some women don’t worry about their weight at all (there are way more important things going on in their lives after all).
There is another subset of women. The subset that wants to lose weight but struggles mightily. My wife fell into this category.
At first, the lack of progress was just a minor annoyance. But, over time, it really started to bother her. She felt stuck and hopeless until one small habit changed everything.
The Problem
The first couple of months postpartum were a struggle.
First, her C-section scar got infected, which landed her back in the hospital.
Then, back problems caused by the pregnancy made it hard to move or even lift the baby with assistance.
