This photographer is trying to inspire others to go out and shoot more — having an expensive camera is not mandatory
Photographer Noe Alonzo gets compliments on his photography in Seoul, people saying that if they had a camera as good as his, they could take nice images too. So Alonzo took photos of Seoul during rainy season with his iPhone 5 and iPhone 7 (and edited using free apps) to inspire others to go out and shoot more with whatever tools are available. According to Alonzo, you just need to have the drive to learn photography. His photos are beautiful, with vibrant color palettes and moody tones.

Healthy and sustainable food, customized to your DNA, gut biome, and lifestyle data, delivered to your door
This site reminded me of a lot of other landing pages with fancy parallax and full bleed images — but I liked this one because it actually explained what the product was! Unfortunately, it turns out this product isn’t real. A design agency took the time to make this “not to trick people, but to explore the future of food and how brands like Ono are going to disrupt food as we know it. We think the future of food in America is promising, but we still have some big problems to solve.” The agency made this site as a “future exploration.”

Google, but for colors
The title says it all! This is a search engine for color. Picular looks at the result from Google Images and pick the most prominent colors. According to FastCompany “Picular is a quick and handy way to get color ideas for a design project, especially because you can type in more emotional, evocative words and see what Google instantly associates with each idea. “Peace” conjures a bunch of cool colors, like grays and blues, with a couple brighter colors in the mix. “Dreamy” is almost entirely blues and purples, while “desire” returns warm reds and browns. “Dynamic” has an eclectic jumble of blue, yellow, and red.”
