How did you get involved in the HealthStation?

I joined HealthStation in 2018 as an intern. HealthStation has taught me many new things and also developed my skills.

What has been the most interesting moment working in HealthStation?

The most interesting moment is training the end-users on how to use the HNB Application and enjoy working as a team with my colleagues at my site.

Can you explain the struggles/hurdles you have experienced at work?

Handling the end-users that don’t know how to use the system. Most times when you will be resolving their issues for them, they will not understand or listen to what you are telling them on how to fix their issues. They rather prefer you do it yourself for them to avoid them not coming to cancel receipt.

What’s one lesson you have learned?

I have learned success because it motivates me to do a good job. Knowing the fact that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success and also achieve a measurable result.

Joining the company a few years back what has surprised you the most about your experience here this far.

How approachable senior management is to work and how much time people have for you, in general, are valuable attribute.

What advice would you give someone who wants to work at HealthStation?

Health station is where you learn and constantly update your skills. It is also where you work hard and get your work showcased and be productive.

Where do you personally see HealthStation projects in 2 years?

I see HealthStation reaching higher its maximum potentials, having a rock-solid foundation, and creating a better patient outcome quality service delivery for life in all federal hospitals it has presence.

When Ejike is not at work, he is listening to the news, reading or playing table tennis.

When did you join HealthStation?

I joined HealthStaion as an intern in the year 2015 a few months after my NYSC. Before joining HealthStation, I worked with Eko charlee Ltd as head business development. I have always looked forward to working in an IT-based company, which eventually I have found in Healthstation.

What has been the most interesting moment working with HealthStation?

For me the most interesting part of my job is seeing the solution we created solving problems, enhancing efficiency in the health sector and the radiating joy from the patients who have to spend less time accessing health care.

Can you explain the struggle/hurdles you have experienced at work?

Process change, change request and issue management across all our Hospital has not been easy. Having in mind that we run one source code-base for all the hospitals, coming up with a design that will satisfy all the hospital is not an easy task, but I thank God for Global setting.

Joining the company a few years back, what has surprised you the most about your experience here thus far?

Surprisingly, I have gained experience in areas of leadership, identifying business opportunities and stakeholder engagement and I believe it doesn’t stop there. We keep learning every day of our life.

Healthstation is a technology-based company and Africa is yet to tap into this sector So shortly may be less than two years I see HealthStation extending her services to other African countries.

What advice would you give someone who wants to work with HealthStation?

When you work with HealthStation, you are sure of constant improvement. You will have the privilege to work with creative minds and you must be willing to learn and create an impact on the company. With this in mind, you have to be proactive and innovative.
