Healthy Bites: Apple Cinnamon Bars

- 1 cup Old Fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1T cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apples
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 flax seed egg (1T ground flax seed + 3T water. Let sit until thickens.)
- 3/4 cup honey
Make your flax egg in a small bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly blended. Stir in the flax egg. Bake in an 8×8 pan for 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.
