How to effectively do effective Detox diet to loose around 3–5 Kgs in 2 weeks

There is always a great saying “Sometimes we have to loose something precious in order to gain something priceless”. Now that we are surrounded by variety of fast food around us which is tempting, spicy,yummy ummm . It become very difficult to resist from these variety of food. But it become very important for us to disconnect from everything in order to reconnect with ourself. It always feels better to become slim and fit. But the important question is how to shed those extra calories? Are we really serious enough to loose the battle of our food temptation to win the battle of more satisfaction. If you are the person who is challenging enough to get what you want then im here to help you . Rest Just move on to your next read :)

Here is a 7 day detox diet plan for those who are challenging and can resist food craving.

Day 1: Fruit Day
a.
Drink 1 glass of jeera water while you wake up early morning (Soaked previous night)
b. After 15 mins eat 1 Apple
c. 1 cup green tea/ lemonade(Without sugar)
d. Break fast : A bowl of fruits (Any fruit except Banana, Jackfruit, chickoo, musk melon)
e. Brunch : A bowl of fruits (Any fruit except Banana, Jackfruit, chickoo, musk melon) with green tea/ lemonade(Without sugar)
f. Lunch : A bowl of fruits (Any fruit except Banana, Jackfruit, chickoo, musk melon)
g. Snacks : A bowl of fruits (Any fruit except Banana, Jackfruit, chickoo, musk melon) with green tea/ lemonade(Without sugar)
h. Dinner : A bowl of fruits (Any fruit except Banana, Jackfruit, chickoo, musk melon)
Note : Make sure you eat different fruit each time to avoid hatred towards food. Eat as much as you like untill your stomach is filled. Avoid nuts and milk. Drink atleast 4 ltrs of water.

Day 2: Vegetables Day

a. Drink 1 glass of jeera water while you wake up early morning (Soaked previous night)
b. After 15 mins eat 1 small bowl of cucumber
c. 1 cup green tea/ lemonade(Without sugar)
d. Break fast : (Cucumber+ carrot+ tomato+mint(4–5 leaves)+beet root(small piece)) grind them together and drink the juice
e. Brunch : Cucumber
f. Lunch : A bowl of vegetables(if cooked in less than a spoon oil or boiled and small amount of salt and pepper sprinkled)
g. Snacks : Lemonade
h. Dinner : A bowl of vegetables(if cooked in less than a spoon oil or boiled and small amount of salt and pepper sprinkled)
Note : Do not include oil in your plan, Drink atleast 4 ltrs of water . Eat as much as your stomach needs

Day 3: Fruits and Vegetables Day
a.
Drink 1 glass of jeera water while you wake up early morning (Soaked previous night)
b. After 15 mins eat 1 Apple
c. 1 cup green tea/ lemonade(Without sugar)

e. Brunch : Cucumber or watermelon 1 bowl
f. Lunch : A bowl of fruits (Any fruit except Banana, Jackfruit, chickoo, musk melon)(As many as you like)
g. Snacks : Lemonade
h. Dinner : A bowl of vegetables(if cooked in less than a spoon oil or boiled and small amount of salt and pepper sprinkled)
Note : Do not include oil in your plan, Drink atleast 4 ltrs of water. Eat as much as your stomach needs

Day 4: Banana and Vegetables Day
a.
Drink 1 glass of jeera water while you wake up early morning (Soaked previous night)
b. After 15 mins eat 1 cucumber
c. 1 cup green tea/ lemonade(Without sugar)
d. Break fast : 2 Bananas’ and 1 glass of milk(200 ml)
e. Brunch : Cucumber or watermelon 1 bowl
f. Lunch : 2 Bananas’ and 1 glass of milk(200 ml)
g. Snacks : 2 Bananas’ and 1 glass of milk(200 ml)
h. Dinner : A bowl of vegetables(if cooked in less than a spoon oil or boiled and small amount of salt and pepper sprinkled)
Note : Do not include oil in your plan, Drink atleast 4 ltrs of water. Eat as much as your stomach needs (Eat as many veggies as you like. Try making salads, and other dishes)

Day 5: Paneer and Tomatoes Day
a.
Drink 1 glass of jeera water while you wake up early morning (Soaked previous night)
b. After 15 mins eat Tomato Salad and 4 almonds soaked previous night
c. 1 cup green tea/ lemonade(Without sugar)
d. Break fast : 2 Raw tomatoes
e. Brunch : Lemonade
f. Lunch : Paneer sabji with tomato and onion (No other vegetable is allowed)
g. Snacks : Green tea/ veg soup
h. Dinner : 2 Raw tomatoes
Note : In case you are hungry drink lemonade/ veg soup/green tea.

Day 6: Paneer and Vegetables Day
a.
Drink 1 glass of jeera water while you wake up early morning (Soaked previous night)
b. 4 almonds soaked previous night + 1 walnut along with 1 glass of milk
c. 1 cup green tea/ lemonade(Without sugar)
d. Break fast : Grilled paneer 150 grams
e. Brunch : Lemonade
f. Lunch : Veg sabji
g. Snacks : Green tea/ veg soup
h. Dinner : Veg sabji
Note : In case you are hungry drink lemonade/ veg soup/green tea.Eat as much as you like except paneer(150 gms max)

Day 7: Paneer,Fruits and Vegetables Day
a.
Drink 1 glass of jeera water while you wake up early morning (Soaked previous night)
b. 4 almonds soaked previous night + 1 walnut along with 1 glass of milk
c. 1 cup green tea/ lemonade(Without sugar)
d. Break fast : (Cucumber+ carrot+ tomato+mint(4–5 leaves)+beet root(small piece)) grind them together and drink the juice made out of it.
e. Brunch : Lemonade
f. Lunch : Veg Salad + grilled paneer
g. Snacks : Green tea/ veg soup
h. Dinner : Fruit juice / Veg sabji / Veg juice
Note : In case you are hungry drink lemonade/ veg soup/green tea. Eat as much as you like except paneer(150 gms max)
