of 365 Healthy Eating Challenge
With my extra activity, I’m reassessing my calorie intake. I’m fairly certain I need to increase the amount calories I consume daily otherwise I won’t reach my muscle gain goal.
I need ensure I’m fueling and
refueling my body properly.
Usually, I start the day with a healthy breakfast, something like oatmeal with fruit, a bagel with peanut butter and of course water. Plenty of water.
