Ingredients:
- 2 large carrots
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1 small beetroot
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 green apple
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 inch of ginger
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions:
- Wash and chop all the vegetables and fruits into small pieces.
- Add the chopped vegetables, fruits, and water to a high-speed blender or juicer.
- Blend or juice until smooth.
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp or seeds.
