Vegetable Juice Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 large carrots
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 1 small beetroot
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 inch of ginger
  • 1/2 cup of water

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop all the vegetables and fruits into small pieces.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables, fruits, and water to a high-speed blender or juicer.
  3. Blend or juice until smooth.
  4. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp or seeds.
  5. Pour the juice into a glass and add the lemon juice. Stir well.
  6. Enjoy your healthy and refreshing vegetable juice immediately.
