Green Apple Salad is one such nutrient-packed recipe that is quick to make. It holds all that crunch and yumminess needed! This Salad is a filling, healthy and delectable treat. You can spruce it up with herbs and spices of your choice and enjoy it without any guilt.

🥗 Ingredients:

  • Green apple (sliced)- 3/4 cup
  • Olives (sliced into half)- 4 to 5
  • Spring onions (chopped)- 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)- 1 tablespoon
  • Oil- 1 teaspoon
  • Honey- 1 teaspoon
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Pepper powder- as per taste
  • Nuts (any)- optional

Method

  1. First, add the apple slices olives, spring onions, coriander in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Season this with salt and pepper. Add olive oil and drizzle some honey.
  3. Mix well to coat all the slices.
  4. Garnish with spring onions and nuts (optional) and serve.
  5. Green apple salad is ready. Enjoy! :)
