Mint Coriander Chutney

This mint coriander chutney is a chutney with a lot of flavor and it can be made quickly in a mixer or a blender. It is a perfect accompaniment for snacks and also for sandwiches. This chutney stays good in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
Recipe:
Preparation time — 10 min
Serves — 2
Ingredients:
Coriander leaves (chopped) — ½ cup
Mint leaves (chopped) — ½ cup
Green chilli — 1 no
Ginger — 1 inch
Cumin Seeds — 1 tsp
Lemon juice — 0.5 tbsp
Black salt — as required
Water — as required
Preparation:
- Take out the coriander and mint leaves from the stems and chop them.
- Add all the ingredients in the mixer and blend them until smooth.
- Store the chutney in an airtight box in the fridge.
