Preparation time — 15 min
Serves — 2 to 3
Ingredients —
Beetroot (chopped) — 1/4 cup
Tomato (chopped) — 1/4 cup
Shredded cabbage — 1/4 cup
Cucumber (chopped) — 1/4 cup
Spinach (chopped) — 1/2 cup
Grated carrots — 1/4 cup
Yellow capsicum — 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves — 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds — 1 tbsp
For dressing -
Lemon juice — 1 tsp
Honey — 1 tsp
Ginger (grated) — 1 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil — 1 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation —
- Take a small bowl and add all the ingredients for dressing. Mix well and keep it aside. Check the flavor before mixing with the salad.
- In a bowl, toss all the veggies and mix it together. Add the dressing and mix.
- Serve after garnishing with sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
