Ok, this may be a little too easy to post, but I haven’t been able to post anything for several days, so this is a little something to keep the blog moving, plus it is actually a tasty and healthy breakfast or lunch. You can use any fresh (or frozen in a pinch) fruit you have laying around.

Ingredients:

• Greek Yogurt (I like Fage plain greek yogurt)
• Honey or sweetener of choice (if desired, or if using flavored yogurt skip this)
• Fresh fruit, diced (today I had strawberries and bananas handy)
• Low-sugar granola (be careful here, some granola has a lot of sugar and calories and is hardly healthy)· Greek Yogurt (I like Fage plain greek yogurt)

Procedure:
• If using plain yogurt mix in a small amount of honey or preferred sweetener (sometimes I use Torani sugar free vanilla syrup or very ripe mashed bananas or even all natural fruit jam).
• Layer a few tablespoons of yogurt in a clear cup
• Pour a layer of granola over the yogurt
• Layer in diced fruit
• Spoon in a second layer of yogurt
• Pour a second layer of granola in
• Top with diced fruit
Enjoy!

Same thing but with fresh figs!
