Jake was thrilled when we were invited to another couple’s place a few weeks later.

I wasn’t as enthusiastic but agreed, wanting to prove to myself that I could enjoy this new lifestyle. The couple, Lisa and Rob, seemed charming at first.

Their home was sleek and modern, with dim lighting and expensive decor that screamed sophistication. Still, something about Rob’s overly familiar demeanor unsettled me.

The evening started pleasantly enough with wine and small talk, but as the night progressed, Rob’s touch grew more intrusive. He would grab my waist or my arm without asking, his presence suffocating.

Lisa, on the other hand, seemed oblivious, engrossed in her flirtation with Jake.

When we moved to their bedroom, my discomfort peaked. Rob ignored my subtle attempts to create space, his hands roaming in ways that made me freeze.
