If you bless your food your cells can use it better to keep you in sync with Earth. Our planet is very unique playing ground for all life and we evolve hand in hand with her.
You can rise your vibes by blessing your food, by asking your cells to take from the food you eat exactly what they need in this moment to function at an optimal level. In addition, if you eat your food with gratitude, blessing the plants and animals, which gracefully accepted your invitation to join you in love (by becoming part of your menu) your body vibrates on a much higher level, making your inner guidance easier to hear. Your body does become what you think of it, so speak to your cells only with loving, benevolent intentions.
The spiritual side of eating can be even more important, than the food you eat. If you use expressions like “junk food”, your body (cells) believe that you eat junk and there you have it: your body has exactly the same vibrations like junk. Every word (intention behind it) about your body, or what you put to your mouth, counts. So keep positive, if you are looking for positive changes in you and your body.
This is just one of the ways you can dim your light with your own thoughts pretty effectively. Your thoughts create your body; if you think positively about yourself, food and body, your life turns into much more positive one. If you have been walking on the negative side of life, now you know better where to begin the change: from your thoughts and especially the intentions behind them. This magic is pretty simple, all it takes is a change of thought.
Whatever you do, it with love.
If you try it for a while, you’ll notice that you need actually less food, if you eat it with love and lots of blessings and gratitude attitude — because your cells can use it at on optimal level. So, sprinkle thank yous on your food and it will turn into super food.
The money can’t buy health. Only your loving intentions can.
