To Get Rid of Dry Skin Patches, Stop Skipping The One Step Proven To Work
Moisturizing the areas is not enough
How I discovered what worked for my dry patch
Mine started with a dry, flaky patch on my shoulder. It was itching, and when I touched it, it felt scaly and rough. I noticed it while getting dressed one morning.
I hadn’t noticed it before, so that was weird. How can I not notice a big dry patch on my shoulder, I thought. So I don’t know how long it was there. At first, I thought it was just a reaction to the weather or maybe a new soap I was using.
But I didn’t have any other patches like that anywhere else. I had some dry spots like on the heels, elbows, and knees. But nothing like this scaly dry patch. And the longer it stayed, the more self-conscious I got.
Moisturizing did not work
It looked unsightly in the mirror, and no matter how much I slathered on lotion or body butter, the patch didn’t improve. Nothing worked. So after over a week of guessing and wasting product, I finally sat down and started researching.
That’s when I found the answer, and it wasn’t some expensive cream.
