A woman, born of this earth,
clinging to her elements, with all her charms
nature’s baby, sleeping in her vast arms!
A woman, a daughter of her
mother earth,
Adorned by the jewels of nature,
she laughs, and she loves.
She is a part of nature,
just as it is a part of her!
Nurtured by her bounties,
Gathering food for her starving self,
and water to quench her thirst,
discovering herbs, when hurt.
When she smiles, the sun shines,
the sky cries when she’s hurt!
She clouds the sky,
She flows with the river,
She rains with the rain,
She leafs the trees,
She flowers the crops,
She turns water to milk,
and tears to pearls.
