Closed? Or Open Book?
Trusting in others? Or hesitancy from being burned?
Some of us remain closed books only for private viewing.
When we allow ourselves to be opened wholeheartedly, letting our guard down and our bookmark gently removed.
When we rise off the page and disperse our loving spirit to encapsulate the reader that has taken upon themselves to touch our hardback core.
As the pages are touched so delicately and lovingly, allowing each chapter to be viewed and discussed with gentle ease and sublime affection.
One brutal day, the pages are torn, not just once, twice, but several pages and in several places, unexpectedly, never to be returned to it’s former state of natural preservation.
The book is closed shut, so tightly, not to be opened or touched by anyone as the pages are put back together in silence and self evaluation takes it’s control.
As the book is opened again, the ripped markings are clearly visible when closely viewed, yet afar the pages look in tact.
Dare the new reader turn each page and lovingly caress each word and allow the precious book to be read with excitement and anticipation of wanting to explore and learn more.
