Emptiness

Seeking light in the depth of night

Shot by me while walking my cats

An emptiness

Creeping on to my living moments

Like a lazy snake, wriggling through the brain

Oh, solitude… Please stay away

I am dying for a loving touch, a hug, a kiss

Some silky warmth for my lonely nights

A crazy little broken heart

Seeking light in the depth of night

Exhausted, I close my eyes

A distant soul song in the ears

A lullaby, the taste of mother’s milk

Oh, my Soul, I am sulking on this emptiness
