Sometimes the most freeing and most powerful thing we can do for our mind is absolutely nothing. Not lazy nothing, not avoidance nothing, but intentional nothing. This is where you turn off your TV, your phone, the video games, the endless scrolling and all of the distractions that dominate your everyday life.

In a world that’s obsessed with productivity, doing nothing is often misunderstood. We are told that if we’re not constantly hustling or working or achieving, then we’re being left behind. But, in my opinion, this couldn’t be further from the truth.
I believe that intentional stillness is one of the most productive things we can possibly do. When we stop “doing” you give yourself space to be able to think clearly. You allow your mind to be able to rest and process.
