Into The Heart of Density
A Poem by Ida Kristiansen Balle
We came here
To encode this world
With our soul poetry
A gentle breeze
Descending down
Into spaces
Feelings
Tight rooms
Of heaviness
Opening the doors
Further down
Spirals
A stairway
Into the heart
Of density
Asking
Why are you so tense?
The sore muscles
Opening in release
The inner pathway
The yoni of life
Contracting
With the in-breath
Tighter and tighter
Warmer
You are pushing through
Not pulling back
Not stopping
In the energy world
You bring yourself
All the way through
The birth canal
In the pull of gravity
To the center
Of the black hole
The inner eye
To the other side
You are born
Alive
Inside the world
Encoding the soul
Upon the land
Bringing laughter
To the darkness
Finding purpose
Inside
The road
Of this moment
In time
Your inner child
And you
The mother of life
Walking side by side
Towards the dawn
Of real freedom
Keeping the records
In the library
Of lifetimes
Resurrecting
The book of truth
In your heart
The spiraling tree
Of life
In the wooden staircase
Its all connected
To the true path
To ignite
The opening of light
Being human
In all its delight
