Some days are easier than others.

The world has been turned upside-down. EVERYONE is feeling it, in some form or other.

While we are certainly not all in the same boat, we ARE all traversing the same storm. The choppy waters are throwing us all around in different ways, every day.

It is not uncommon to feel lost, uncertain, scared, and even hopeless. Not a day goes by where Trump or another so-called leader says something incredibly stupid and selfish, more people are exposed to and die from COVID-19, and police guilty of murdering innocent black people remain free.

As upsetting, depressing, and hard as this may seem, it’s important that you still open your heart.

Don’t close your heart

Some people get so frustrated with the insanity and mixed messages that they choose to be numb. They stop feeling because they are afraid to keep feeling bad.

But this doesn’t serve you. Human beings FEEL. It is a part of mindfulness — thought, feeling, and action.
