Transcendental Forests
Transcendental Forests: Love and Trees
For all the sensitive human bees.
I would like to dedicate this poem to all the sensitive souls and empaths out there who struggle with self-worth. Bleed no more. You are worthy and worthy of love.
Kingdom of Peace and Love
The sensitive,
The tender-hearted,
The caring,
Fragile little soldiers
At war with ourselves.
We spend an eternity
Doubting ourselves,
Renouncing our ego,
Denying ourselves love,
Hardening our hearts,
Building walls and armour.
Wounded little soldiers
At war with ourselves.
We spend a lifetime
Teaching ourselves
To shut down our emotions,
To control our thoughts,
To ignore our instincts.
Resilient little soldiers
At war with ourselves.
We spend years
Training ourselves
Essentially
Not to care.
For how else
Would we cope in a
Callous, ignorant, cruel
And insensitive world
That just seems to
Move on without us
As if we didn’t exit.
Strong little soldiers
At war with ourselves.
We spend hours
Infusing our surroundings
With that which we
Intrinsically possess:
Joy, positivity,
Love of life,
A light-hearted,
Fun disposition.
Hard-working little soldiers
At war with ourselves.
When are we going
To stop and realize
There is NO WAR.
When are we going to
Fully rejoice in
The beauty of our hearts
And the richness of our souls.
When are we going to
WAKE UP to
Our depth,
Our wisdom,
Our warmth,
Our kindness,
Our compassion,
Our generous love,
OUR OWN GREATNESS!
Wake up, BRAVE little warrior.
Your time has arrived.
The gates to the Kingdom of
Unconditional Love
Have opened for you.
Gently take off your armour,
And let your guard down.
And when you are ready,
Walk through.
Lie down and rest
Your weary little bones
For as long as you need.
The WAR has ended.
It’s time to MAKE LOVE.
