As the nation still struggles with recent outrageous costs for eggs, we are faced with a fast approaching dilemma, Easter. I don’t know about you, but I usually have to buy an extra carton of eggs to dye, and in truth, not all of them are eaten.
I’m switching more and more to a vegan diet these days as well, and while I can eat an egg here or there, I really don’t want to commit to a dozen of them. Not to mention all that cholesterol.
Many families are feeling the pinch of higher prices in many ways. But we can’t forego a long standing tradition like dying eggs, can we?

The only wrinkle I have found so far is where to get them. The article below says they are exclusively at Walmart’s Website and they will be stocked daily. Perfect! Only, each time I go there, I see the dreaded “out of stock” notice.
