You Can Achieve What You Believe
To achieve something big and remarkable is the desire of almost every person. It’s these desires that keep a person motivated and working to attain something. But sometimes we are limited by our own thoughts and doubts, which makes us think thrice about starting something new.
We see ourselves surrounded by so many examples of successful people and we marvel at the things that these people have accomplished in their lives. We sometimes think that if they have done it, maybe we can also.
But such a train of thought is usually interrupted by a doubt that not everyone can do the same great things, or else every other person would be a billionaire like Bill Gates.
But the bigger question that arises is what are the factors that lead these people to achieve big things in their lives? And what limits others from not going for the things that they want?
I think all it takes is a little courage to start something new. Courage to shut out that little nagging voice in the back of our heads that keeps on saying what if I fail?
Once a person finds the courage to do something, then only then can they actually start doing it. The fear of failure is what limits us from trying something new.
God has gifted every person with a special talent and in this way He has differentiated every person from each other, making us special in our own way. Hence it’s our duty to find and discover that talent within us and use our time wisely to achieve something in our life.
The important thing is not to compare our accomplishments with others; otherwise, we will always see ourselves as being not good enough. It’s a good thing to aim high but at the same time, it’s vital not to feel disappointed with the pace things are going.
Success comes to only those who work hard for it. It’s not handed out as gifts wrapped in some shiny wrapping paper. No, success is earned and to earn it, a person must focus his energies in the right direction.
Dedication, hard work, and commitment are the key parameters that one must adopt if one wants to accomplish something. And when you find these things in yourself, that will be the moment of your brush with greatness.
As a wise man once said,” Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
