To provide an augmented data discovery experience for HEARTCOUNT users, we’ve just added a natural-language query feature. Natural Language Query sounds fancy; but, it’s just a new user interface for asking questions to data just like you search information using Google.

Difficulty of Natural Language Query

Any sentence with a large-enough grammar can have alternative interpretations (e.g., “they ate pizza with anchovies”)

And, machines, more often than not, fail to disambiguate and get the accurate interpretation of a given sentence. (in a NLQ case, user’s intention for a question)

No Ambiguity Accepted Principle

To avoid the ambiguities involved in interpreting users’ questions in human language format, HEARTCOUNT let users ask only the questions that it can answer with confidence. Our NLQ interface is so simple and intuitive and even the first-time users will be able to discover the useful patterns from data.

And, here is a recorded video for our NLP feature. (tip: enter the tap button to auto-type the next word)
