I was feeling bored and burnt out with everything going on and knew it was time for a change. You simply cannot achieve happiness when you are in a constant state of burnout. This is my story of change.

Everything seemed to be coming apart. For months, I’d been locked in a never-ending cycle of tiredness, tension, and depression that felt difficult to break. Every day, I awoke with this weight bearing down on my chest, making me anxious about the hours ahead.

Regardless of how hard I tried, everything seemed to spiral out of control. I’d heard of burnout before, but it wasn’t until I was right in the thick of it that I completely grasped its crushing impact.

I reached rock bottom one morning, staring at myself in the mirror and unable to recognize the person looking back. Something needed to change quickly. So I decided to take 30 days. Thirty days to turn things around.
