“Oh my God!” Madeline buried her face in her hands as she strode towards Hope’s car. “How embarrassing.”
“What’s the problem?” Hope asked from behind her. “He seemed really into you.”
“What?” Madeline’s face screwed up as she spun around to look at her best friend. “Are you for real? He’s an idiot. And he’s wasting his money at college because he doesn’t actually bother to study, all he’s interested in is how many women he can sleep with.”
