Introducing the HederaStarter Ambassador Program: Incubate & Launch Union Co.!

Howdy HBARbarians!

Our team is excited to finally announce the start of the HederaStarter Ambassador Program! Since the start of our journey, we’ve been devoted to the wider Hedera community and the wonderful insights that they bring to both our project and the projects we’re intent on launching. As such, we have founded the HederaStarter “Incubate & Launch Union Co.” an ambassador program designed to recognize, incentivize, and reward committed and engaged community members.

What is a HederaStarter Ambassador?

A HederaStarter Ambassador is a HederaStarter community member who is a part of the Incubate & Launch Union Co. (I&L Co. for short). A membership to I&L Co. also extends to the many DAOs that exist in the space, and who have the desire to support and promote HederaStarter to their own DAO communities and beyond in their networks.

Dues Paying Member (Individual) to the Incubate & Launch Union Co.

Joining the Incubate & Launch Union Co. as an individual member grants you exclusive access to the Dues Paying Member Club (DPMC) which is recognized as the core group of individuals within the HederaStarter community that are the most active and engaged. By joining the DPMC these individual ambassadors will be devoting a few hours per week to work with and promote HederaStarter

Over the coming days and weeks, we’ll be announcing the initial, founding, Dues Paying Members for I&L Co. . These hard-working ladies and gentlemen will be granted access to the upper management of I&L Co. and HederaStarter, they’ll begin to see the incubation and building process up close and personal and really start to get their hands dirty! But to all of our prospective junior members there is still a chance in the coming months! Pay attention to our union bulletins as we’ll be opening slots up for several more members to the Dues Paying Member Club!

Union Reps. (DAOs) to the Incubate & Launch Union Co.

In addition to our core Dues Paying Members, the individual community member ambassadors, we have an additional class of ambassadors, our Union Reps. for all of the DAOs that wish to act as ambassadors! We define a DAO as: a collective group with defined membership criteria, a multisig wallet, and a collective communication profile.

The Incubate & Launch Union Co. Union Reps, read: DAO ambassadors, are incentivized with an allocation to purchase $HSTART tokens at private round prices — from there they are expected to use their ability to engage with their own, and outside communities to spread awareness of HederaStarter and our goals of building up the Hedera Ecosystem!

The first five DAOs in the Union Rep. Program, which satisfy the criteria that include completing given assignments, will receive a special NFT. Presently, there are just two such NFTs, with plans to increase them to five in total.

All participating DAOs will receive tasks before every IDO and, if completed, will receive an airdrop of project tokens on the address that holds that DAO’s NFT. Additionally, holders of a DAO NFT will receive an allocation in projects that undergo incubation.

What do HederaStarter Ambassadors do?

The HederaStarter ambassadors are community champions at heart — they are on a mission to serve the community and the wider vision of the project. How they do this is entirely up to them, but broadly speaking ambassadors will be involved in the following activities:

• Mentioning HederaStarter in relevant conversations within the blossoming Hedera ecosystem and the broader blockchain industry.
• Creating content: blogs, videos, memes, infographics, Twitter threads and forum posts.
• Social media amplification of HederaStarter posts, articles and news.
• Facilitating group discussions and forums.
• Setting up expert Q&A panel sessions (Twitter Spaces, Clubhouse, IG Live, etc).
• Organizing hackathons.
• Organizing in-person and virtual meetups.
• And more — you are only limited by your creativity; so feel free to take the liberty to express yourself and your group!

The I&L Union Co. ambassadors’ incentives and rewards

The ambassadors will be remunerated for promoting and representing HederaStarter and there will be additional opportunities to be incentivized through monthly competitions and events. Specifically:

1. We will reward the HederaStarter ambassadors for their work in $HSTART tokens and NFT rewards,
2. The ambassadors will also have access to the exclusive Incubate & Launch Union Co. (I&L Co.) channel on Discord.
3. A presence on the Wall of Workers (WOW) / DAO Ambassadors / Ambassadors.

NOTE:

We would like to clarify that the Incubate & Launch Union Co. members and Community Ambassadors will not receive any privileged or exclusive information, and they will not receive information before the rest of the community.

All community members are equal and will receive the same news at the same time.

Being a member of the Incubate & Launch Union Co. requires some commitment and consistent action. Below are some key factors that can help you decide if you want to throw your tools into the toolbox as a HederaStarter ambassador.

Communication

Communication is vital as a Dues Paying Member or a Union Rep. . You will be required to send updates and let other ambassadors and the team know how you are doing, and how we can allocate resources to you in order that you may be more effective in your role. Communicate early, transparently and often.

Fair and meritocratic

The Incubate & Launch Union Co. Ambassador Program is keen on rewarding the value each of our hard-working members brings. Whoever and wherever you are, if you have what it takes to bring value to the community — you are welcome on board. Our program is fair and merit-based, and keen to onboard people from all backgrounds and walks of life with diverse skill sets.

Organization

Successful ambassadors tend to have a long to-do list that helps them plan and organize their activities. You cannot just dive in without having a plan, having a long-term plan in your mind is also critical to developing consistency in your ambassadorship.

HederaStarter Ambassadors are actively engaged in spreading the word and building awareness about our launchpad, the projects we’re launching and the overall Hedera Network.
