The NGO friend we introduce today is Children’s Mission Africa (CMA) working in Kenya. We talked with Ms. Pauline Madiro, the Senior Resilience Programs Coordinator of CMA and Community of Practice Coordinator of K4R (Kenya for Resilience), and her team. She is a result driven individual with verifiable experience in community development programs, health related projects surveys, assessments, monitoring and evaluation. She is keen on building working stakeholder partnerships, organizational strengthening through establishment of clear systems, structures and strategy to realize a productive work environment that fosters institutional goals, with vast experience working in hostile and hard to reach environments.
