IT’S TIME TO GET EXCITED!

POINTS UPDATE

Things appear to be leveling out. The top 6 teams are the same in both AP and OP. Calhoun benefiting the most from managerial decisions, but losing a key piece to his UWC run in John Ross. BPou no longer seems to be in a league with Troy.

This week the Power Ranks will be a quick hit version w/ just a line or two per team, but to make up for it, you all get .gifs!

TIER 4

12 — ANDREW BARTELL (0–4, 12th AP, 9th OP, E)

Making $10 an hour at a yard sale so your wife can have more money to play on DraftKings is this teams spirit animal.

11 — MIKE ALTBAUM (1–3, 11th AP, 12 OP, E)

Mike setting his roster

Starting players on bye weeks is almost Mike’s best strategy.

10 — STEVE CALHOUN (1–3, 7th AP, 11th OP, E)

Despite what Calhoun and Sarlo would have you believe, consisting having three TE be a part of your optimal score is probably not a good thing.

TIER 3

9 — BILLY DAVIS (2–2, 8th AP, 10th OP, -2)

Billy choosing RB options

Those RB options are gross and until Tyreek comes back the WR options, while possessing some upside, have a really low floor.

8— IAN CROSBY (0–4, 10th AP, 8th OP, +1)

0–4 looks pretty good for the #tank, but they’re only 30 points out of the UWC. Tread lightly.

7 — DAN MARINO (1–3, 9th AP, 7th OP, +1)

Continuing to climb!

With Calhoun losing Ross, I think Marino is actually most likely to contend with Sarlo for the UWC.

6 — NICK SARLO (2–2, 6th AP, 6th OP, E)

Does Sarlo get two playoffs spots if he’s in 6th place and has the most points outside of the top-5? Either way, I think this team is more likely to move up a tier than down in their current one.

TIER 2

5 — CHRIS BLACK (3–1, 5th AP, 5th OP, -1)

Brady, Fitz, McCoy, Edelman, Ingram. They’re all still doing their thing out there and now Melvin Gordon is back.

4 — DAVE HALLAHAN (4–0, 4th AP, 4th OP, +1)

This team hasn’t quite shown the ceiling that the teams ahead of it have

How proud am I that starting Trey Quinn over Adam Thielen netted us points*? Well, I just brought it up unprompted, so….

*0.4 is technically less than a point, not “points.”

3 — BRETT POULTON (0–4, 2nd AP, 2nd OP, -1)

BPou seeing his drop in both tier and rank

Well, he finally started Chark 😬. BetPou is back. We got some solid LogicPou this week. Barkley being down has made both BPou and his team human again. hate to see it

2 — DAVE FALCONE (4–0, 3rd AP, 3rd OP, +1)

Stella got her groove back w/ a 260+ point performance

While tallying the OP for this week I saw Philip Rivers and Nick Chubb and was reminded that people still trade with Falcone…

A. TIER. ALL. HIS. OWN.

1 — TROY ALTBAUM (4–0, 1st AP, 1st OP, E)

Troy has scored less than 260 once in the first four weeks. That week he scored 216. Five other teams have scored 216 or more, but only one other team has done it more than once.
