HeLa Seminar Recap: How Fun is The Event?
On November 17, 2023, the clock struck 1:30 PM, and the corridors of Binus University @Alam Sutera echoed with the eager participants. Everyone is prepared to immerse themselves in the wonders of Web3 and blockchain.
In the seminar with the title “Web3 in Action: Real-World Applications of Blockchain Technology”, HeLa Labs, the driving force behind this event, is a dynamic team passionate about creating transformative technology that paves the way for the widespread adoption of Web3. Their objective is to establish a secure layer 1 blockchain that can be seamlessly integrated into real-world scenarios. We had very positive feedback from the event. About 70++ students from Binus joined the event; we even ran out of chairs!
We had a seminar about blockchain and also networking and giveaway. So many people are curious to learn more about the blockchain world and are definitely very excited about knowing more about HeLa! We love their energy! 😣

HeLa Seminar @Binus University Alam Sutera provides us with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Meet Christian Widjaja, the Blockchain Developer at HeLa. Despite his young age, Christian has accumulated a remarkable wealth of experience in the realm of blockchain development. Starting his journey with his blockchain related thesis about Smart Contract Implementation for Social Media Decentralized Applications, which is going to be presented at an international conference in Japan. With all that, in this event, he then stands as a key figure within the HeLa team, showcasing an exceptional level of expertise in his role.
He explained how fun it is to dive into the blockchain world. The decentralized nature of blockchain technology not only offers a fresh perspective on traditional concepts but also opens up a myriad of possibilities. The thrill of diving into the blockchain realm stems from its transformative potential in various sectors. He shows how it feels to have a career in blockchain world, how powerful the blockchain world is, and what the future possibilities of the blockchain world are. All the students look excited!
