Helbiz App V 1.4

Helbiz app version 1.4 is live with added currency support, individual trip ratings and reviews and HBZ payments

Today the version 1.4.0 of the Helbiz app was released introducing support for multiple currencies and enhanced experience for all users with individual trip ratings and reviews as well as the introduction of the in-app currency HBZ.

Through individual Trip ratings & reviews we are able to better offer support to our customers and identify any potential issues with vehicles in our fleet to ensure the reliability and experience all users have with Helbiz. Any low rating or review will be sent directly to our customer support who will assist to fix any potential issues on the spot, and will over time paired with data from the scooter sensors help predict issues before they occur.

Additionally, Helbiz Version 1.4 integrates multi-currency and payment method support allowing Helbiz to easily add additional currencies and payment methods to accommodate to all markets and preferences.

Along with the support for addiTo mark the introduction and partnership with HBZ, HBZ has been integrated as a payment method and all rides paid with HBZ will be discounted 50% until minimum July 1st. For HBZ payments, Helbiz allows users both to purchase it directly in-app through Skrill* or directly deposit** it from a 3rd party exchanges. For users interested in exploring HBZ, go to Payments in the side menu and click add new payment method.

Furthermore, the update includes several UI and UX improvements allowing for a more seamless user experience. The new release includes updates to promo codes and invitations as well giving every user 3 free unlocks for all users referred to the Helbiz app.
