Today, we’re releasing the ability to view your complete Ethereum transaction history in Fetch. This includes transactions that were made using Fetch as well those done elsewhere.

Users have been asking for this feature and we’re excited to deliver. It’s a huge step in our quest to make using Ethereum as simple as your bank account. Here’s a couple of benefits you’ll see immediately.

  • Instead of having to open a block explorer, like Etherscan, you’ll have a complete record of your activity in one place integrated with the wallet you use to manage your transactions.
Inline and complete transaction history!
  • Never wonder what individual transactions are again. One trade on a decentralized exchange could actually result in ~5 individual Ethereum transactions. Sending tokens to the exchange, wrapping, unwrapping, network fees, etc…Fetch will show you the individual transactions and their logical grouping for the trade you made. (Note - this grouped view will only be visible for transactions made with Fetch)
Logical grouping of individual transactions.

This removes the need for many people to understand the details and complexity of block explorers and instead focus on the important information - amount transacted, network fees, etc…Importantly, it consolidates all of your transaction history in one place regardless what product you used to make the transaction originally.

The new transaction history will roll out across Fetch on the web, desktop and browser extension starting today! Feedback always welcome and so appreciated.

This is the start of much more. In the coming month, we’ll be building upon this data to help you understand your cost basis on positions as well as alert and protect you from fraudulent transactions!

Shout Out — Alethio!

It’s been exciting to see the rapid evolution of infrastructure available to build Ehtereum based services. Instead of building custom infrastructure, we were able to ship this feature 10x faster by using Alethio’s API’s. Huge benefit for us and the Ethereum ecosystem.

Thank you for all the support to help us release!

At Fetch, we’re building the brokerage that makes it simple and accessible for investors to benefit from Tokenized Finance. Try it out today and follow us on twitter @hello_fetch!
