Yes, another write-up pleading with you to improve your sleep cycle for a more energetic and healthier lifestyle. The difference is, I am not an expert in Sleeping, nor am I a doctor. I am just like you, who has had a lousy sleep schedule for most of her 20s, and knows how big a difference it makes if I, for once, get a good night’s sleep! So it is all based on personal experience.

So to begin with, I am a light sleeper. Even a little disturbance here and there, and I am up all night struggling to go back to sleep. However, I am also a strong advocate for rest. Like, whenever you can, just rest. Lie down, take a nap if it comes, or just close your eyes and lose yourself to the sweetness of doing nothing every once in a while. It is also recommended for creative people. To take a few minutes out of your busy day and just sit in silence, without any distractions. It really helps the mind to be free of stress, overwhelm, overthinking and overworking. But still, nothing beats a quality sleep at night. Now what is easy for me to say is hard to achieve (even for me). And it took me a while to understand the relations of my whole day and what I do with a quality night's sleep.
