Find Tenants
List your property with us and we’ll syndicate your listing to top sites, such as Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, and more. Our listings produce an average of 18 tenant leads for our landlords.
Screen Tenants
Potential tenants complete our online rental application and authorize a credit, background, and eviction report. You’ll never need their SSN.
Sign a Lease
We offer lawyer-reviewed, state-specific rental agreements. You’ll customize it for your rental terms and rules, and then sign it online. Save your custom lease and re-use it for years to come.
Collect Rent
Add your bank account and start collecting rent. Tenants pay via credit or debit card, or with their bank account. They can even set up auto-payments. That way, you’ll always receive rent on time.
Manage Repairs
You’ll be email notified of any maintenance requests. You can communicate with your tenant about the repair from within your account and even send pictures.
