Introducing GenerousSolutions

GenerousTickets has done a lot. In two years we have raised over $400,000 for 52 Calgary Nonprofits and donated back close to $3,600 though our innovative business model.

But the most exciting part was to see how our early partners identified inventive ways to use the platform for much more than just tickets. They used it for memorial services and birthday donations, for Community Hall rental and memberships fees, and for golf tournament registrations and mulligan sales.

These genius uses for our platform encouraged us to expand our horizons and move from GenerousTickets to GenerousSolutions.

Generous by any other name still smells as sweet

Some things have changed. You will now find us on the web at GenerousSolutions.com, we have added the ability to run free events and enabled the ability for organizers to absorb the credit card and platform fees on behalf of your donors (although we don’t think you should, but that is an article for another day).

But most things haven’t changed. Customer service is still our top priority, we still share our profits with each organization and you still own 100% of the data you produce.

With the launch of GenerousSolutions we are also rolling out our presence on social media. Most of our content will reside here, our Medium publication. This is our communications hub, please subscribe and ensure you are notified when we highlight the amazing groups, individuals and organizations that are part of our growing Generous community.
