Changes in STEP Calculation Logic

Testnets have been updated to Revision 23. Revision 23 activates minor changes to STEP calculation logic. We encourage users to check their contracts on testnet for any significant changes in step costs before Revision 23 is proposed to mainnet. For more information about how to estimate required STEP, please refer to the documentation here.
If testing goes smoothly, Revision 23 will be proposed on mainnet tentatively by December 18, 2023. All step calculation impacts should be addressed before then.
