An Honor And Privilege: Speaking On The Future Of ICON With P-Reps
Before the democratic election that will perpetuate and expand the ICON Ecosystem onto a global frontier, familiarization and education are crucial components of any electoral event regarding the general populace. The P-Rep discussion panel, which I had the honor of moderating, provides ICONists with a unique perspective from each different P-Rep who attended the discussion regarding the expansion of the ICON Ecosystem in the very near future. Over the course of a week, I moderated discussions that included 17 P-Rep teams: every single P-Rep had their own unique response to each of the following questions that were asked of them. It is fundamental to understand and comprehend the intent, maxims, purpose and function of each and every P-Rep and their plans for the expansion of the ICON Ecosystem on a global scale. The P-Rep teams that were as follows: Round One: Common Computer, Paradigm Citadel, Chainode Capital, Gilga Capital. Round Two consisted of: Ubik Capital, ICONation, Pocket/Figment and MixMarvel. Round Three consisted of: ICONNECT, Draicon Ball, Piconbello, Rhizome and POS Bakerz. Lastly, Round Four included: DSNC, Portal Network, ICON Sweden, HKICON. A focal component of the ICON Ecosystem is to “Hyperconnect The World”, I saw this vision brought to reality through the discussion, future collaboration and unity among-st P-Reps that hail from all over the planet: from Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. The decentralization of the ICON Ecosystem is the achievement and hallmark of the success of the network itself and it is crucial that each and every ICONist familiarizes themselves with each P-Rep if they intend to vote. Pericles, one of the “Fathers of Democracy” once said “you may not be interested in politics, but politics may take an interest in you.” Its close to election day, and the importance of information and knowledge acquisition regarding P-Reps is the highest its ever been. Vote, Spread, Disrupt.
Questions That Lead To Abundant Answers: Protecting And Securing The Future Of ICON.
It is necessary to understand the root maxims and intentions of each P-Rep team that runs as an incumbent. It was evident that this must be the primary purpose of each discussion: to realize the intent of each P-Rep, to assist in ICONists realizing whether or not that particular P-Rep team should garner their vote. The discussion began with a short-self intro of each P-Rep and why they chose to run as a public representative. Following this notion, four primary questions were asked by Stephanie (a member of ICON Foundation) and I: the first question was, “How can a P-Rep contribute to the ICON Ecosystem and what is the most important role a P-Rep plays within the ICON Ecosystem?” The second question was “What are the weaknesses of ICON that P-Reps need to focus on?” The third question was “In order to alleviate the weaknesses discussed in question two, outlined by each P-Rep, what will each P-Rep do to negate and minimize these weaknesses?” Lastly, question four asked “What is each team going to develop for ICON to strengthen its DPoS ecosystem?” These questions highlighted the intent of each P-Rep that attended the discussion panels and allows for ICONists to realize and understand the reasons why different P-Reps are running for “office” and how they’re going to contribute and expand the network. I highly suggest every ICONist view these discussion panels; an intelligent and informed populace not only strengthens the community, but there is an equilibrium of power distribution between the populace and the incumbent. Equilibrium is necessary in any political system and these discussion panels herald that notion.
Conclusion: Knowledge Acquisition: The Key To An Expanding Network
Through knowledge acquisition, one can make an educated choice regarding who they will vote for, who they will stake their ICX with and who ICONists entrust with the entire future of the ICON Ecosystem. This is a climatic point within the ICON Ecosystem, and its up to ICONists to make the right choice regarding electing P-Rep incumbents. I urge all ICONists to educate themselves as much as they possibly can before the upcoming election: crucial components of the ICON Ecosystem depend on our acquisition of knowledge. Education touches eternity, and it has the power to change nations, both outside the digital world and within. Long Live ICON!
