ICONex status update

This post is to help you understand the features of ICONex and give you updates of the ICONex wallet.
ICONex feature guide
1. Create wallet & add custom token: CLICK HERE
Create your ICONex wallet and store not only ICX, but ETH and ETH based ERC20 tokens
2. Screen lock feature: CLICK HERE
By activating the Screen Lock feature, a 6-digit password is required every time you open ICONex in a new chrome window so that you can prevent your wallet information being exposed to others.
3. Export wallet bundle: CLICK HERE
By using the Export Wallet Bundle feature, you can bundle up(group) wallets that you have in ICONex and store all of them in one Keystore file. You can load all the bundled wallets at once using the Keystore file created using the Export Wallet Bundle feature.
ICONex update — Token Swap feature
The Token Swap feature is added in the ICONex wallet. You will be able to swap the ERC20 ICX tokens to mainnet ICX coins using the ICONex wallet.
* Important notice
The current ICX that are tradable in the exchanges are ERC20 ICX tokens. The exchanges do not support mainnet ICX coins at the moment, which means that mainnet ICX cannot be traded.
If you swap the ERC20 ICX tokens to mainnet ICX coins before it is tradable in the exchanges, it may lead to a situation where you wish to sell the ICX but cannot, because you are holding mainnet ICX coins which are not supported in the exchanges yet.
To protect the users from any unintentional trouble or financial loss, we have made additional developments so that the ICONex Token Swap feature will be enabled keeping pace with the exchange’s status of supporting mainnet ICX coins.

Mobile Wallet schedule update
The ICONex mobile wallet for Android and iOS is under development, but we are greatly sorry to announce that the launch of the ICONex mobile wallet has been delayed.
We are currently under the process of adding the Token Swap feature in the mobile wallet. It is difficult to specify the exact date when it will be ready for launch, but we will do our best to speed up the process.
Once again, we would like to apologize for the delay and to those who have been waiting for the ICONex mobile wallet.
Hardware wallet support
We are currently under the process of reviewing Hardware wallet support for ICX. We will keep you updated of the progress.
Other upgrades
Security upgrades in the wallet has been made to provide a more safe and sound environment to use the wallet. Also, we have fixed minor bugs in the wallet and optimized the UI/UX with minor size adjustments.
