ICX Station Collaborates with Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator
Greetings from the ICX Station Team,
ICX Station is proud to announce our participation in the investor panel hosted by Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator on May 9th in Berkeley, CA. Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator was formed in 2019 through a partnership between Berkeley Engineering’s Sutardja Center Blockchain X-Lab, Blockchain at Berkeley, Berkeley Haas Blockchain Initiative & Berkeley Haas Entrepreneurship Program. Its goal is to “help entrepreneurs pursue ventures in the blockchain space, tap into the vast resources of UC Berkeley and Silicon Valley, and receive expert industry guidance to create high-value blockchain startups.” The spring 2019 cohort is composed of 12 teams that utilize blockchain technology in a variety of ways, ranging from data ownership to tabletop gaming.
Daeki Lee, ICX Station Cofounder, will participate in a panel discussion alongside Lindsay Maule (CEO and Cofounder, Luna Capital), Ronen Kirsch (Managing Partner and Cofounder, Dekrypt Capital), and Amit Pradhan (Founder and President, Silicon Valley Blockchain Society) to explain what investors are looking for in the blockchain space these days. Additionally, Daeki Lee has officially committed to become a mentor to Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator program, in which he intends to provide helpful resources and guidance to the startups. ICX Station will strive to collaborate with premier local accelerators, such as Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator, to expand the ICON ecosystem and give back to the broader blockchain community.
