Melewi is building a kickass team to be based anywhere on the globe (your working time should have an overlap from 2 pm — 6 pm GMT+8), and we’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us spread awesome work around.

As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing new sales leads to support the team.

We work with exciting startups from around the world and also with international brands like Visa, Samsung, and McDonald’s.

We’ll have fun, learn as we go, and create some damn amazing work! This is your opportunity to learn, create, and work towards your big goals, whatever they may be. We give a lot of trust to the right people, and that means you’ll find yourself often in the driver’s seat, helping us steer the company towards greatness.

What does the right person look like?

You’ll have prior working experience of at least 2 years in lead generation and appointment setting, as well as the need to be constantly learning and growing. Any basic knowledge of business is valuable, and we’re keen to find someone with experience in startups.

You’ll be responsible, proactive, innovative, eager to learn, and meticulous. A good sense of humor is a must. And if you’re the type to bring tasty treats to share, we welcome you with open arms!

What skills and traits are we looking for?

  • A strong background of at least 2 years in lead generation and appointment setting
  • A general understanding of how to design intuitive digital experiences for websites, web apps, mobile apps.
  • Start-up minded.
  • Possesses great presentation and communication skills.
  • Takes initiative, and is a self-starter.
  • An awesome attitude + no ego + team-player (no lone wolves).
  • Constantly learning and sharing knowledge + seeks out & appreciates feedback.

This is a purely commission-based position. Open to a part-time or full-time commitment. What you earn is purely up to you but you can count on the team’s support and resources to help you thrive.
