Here are the most common tools:

1️⃣ Insights

Insights is: a its a list of our conclusions, unrecognized inferences from research. Our discovery about the underlying motivations that drive people’s actions.

2️⃣ Personas

Persona is a representation of the goals and behavior of a hypothesized group of users.

Synthesized from data from user interviews

3️⃣ User journeys

A series of steps (4–12) which represent a scenario in which a user interact with the product.

4️⃣ Strategy: Brief

UX strategy is a plan to align every customer touchpoint with your vision for user experience.
